Phoenix Restaurant

The Dreischeibenhaus, a 94 metre tall symbol of the Economic Miracle and venerable testimony to the post-war modern era, which was built in international style at the end of the 1950s, is one of Düsseldorf’s landmarks. Following complete renovation in 2015 the trendy restaurant Phoenix moved into the former telephone exchange of the previous tenant Thyssen on the ground floor. If you want to enjoy a virtually unrivalled city panorama with a view of Königsallee, Hofgarten, the Altstadt (Old Town), Ehrenhof, Tonhalle and the Rhine, then you need an invitation to one of the events in the building. For these events the restaurant has function rooms, which are perched high and partly have gallery-style connections on the 22nd to 24th floor, including roof terrace. Phoenix’s kitchen team also provides the catering up there. The Bel Étage on the first floor of the house offers privacy for exclusive private dining in elegant rooms.
