Digital event solutions at D.LIVE venues

December 16, 2020

There has been a huge rise in both the need and demand for digital event solutions, particularly in light of the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic. The event specialists at D.LIVE responded very rapidly to these needs and joined forces with a technology services provider to set up streaming studios. “At our venues we offer our customers a range of options and room configurations for both digital and streaming events,” says Christian Poschmann, Director Corporate Events at D.LIVE. “We started off in May with a streaming studio at the MERKUR SPIEL-ARENA which moved to the ISS DOME in June. That venue meanwhile has three streaming studios. Since June we have staged over 30 streaming events, including works meetings, at the ISS Dome,” Poschmann continues.

First-class video, audio and sound technology with flexible rooms from 60 to 100 square metres.A total of three studios are available at the ISS DOME for streaming, webcasts and digital events. Two studios of approx. 60 and approx. 80 square metres respectively are set up in the Business Club. The third streaming studio with an area of some 100 square metres is in the Bistro of the ISS DOME.

All studios are fitted with three to four cameras, preview monitors, digital audio editing equipment, wireless microphones and public address systems. External speakers can be hooked up, and videos and presentations produced perfectly in all standard formats. High-end data and image editing equipment is available to vary the look of the transmission. In addition, interactions and polls can be set up using web streaming, chat or callback. The set is white, allowing it to be adapted to individual customer needs and it can be styled using the customer’s CI if required. Furthermore all studios are fitted with antiviral Hepa 14 air purifiers.
