Is it pure coincidence that one of Düsseldorf’s most popular caterers is a family business? Certainly not. Because when love and passion are the driving forces, the results taste good. The Broichs are now in the fourth generation in their gastronomy business, in the meantime supported by 170 employees. An important role is played by Georg W. Broich, who has managed the catering company since 1987, to maintain the family tradition and nevertheless keep up with the latest trends. His top priorities are fair trade and using regional and seasonal products, which as far as possible are produced organically. And not just since yesterday. Back in 2011 the Düsseldorf company was the first catering company worldwide to be awarded the ‘Green Globe’ certificate!
